Host Cajsa Wessberg tastes the brand-new plant-based salmon flakes and learns all about delicious vegan mayonnaise. Cajsa visits the vegan meatball guru Gustav Johansson, who is behind Sweden's largest vegan food blog and learns the tricks of 'aqua faba' or bean juice that has a multitude of uses in vegan cooking.
